Men who bedwet

Don't tell anyone, I am embarrased. Sound familiar? Yep, but most men wet the bed at some time in their life, from a small child through to adolecense and into teens and adult hood. Stress is the biggest cause, especially when as teens you are facing exams. But sometimes this can continue into adult life. Many try to hide it but few succeed. It is not shamefull. It is a natural part of the body and mind. Some men sleep soundly especially after a few beers down the pub and do not wake up when nature takes its course. We can overcome this embarrasment, we just have to take responsibility of our shortcommings.

Feeling ashamed

Do you feel ashamed of being a bedwetter? Most bedwetters do as they feel they are in some way deficient in life; maybe insecure or just week. But we shouldn't feel that way. Most bedwetters not only wet the bed, but can wet their pants during the day as well. It is not something they enjoy, rather it is a weakness in their bladder and signals from the nerves in the bladder not reaching the brain with sufficient information for the brain to react and instruct us to do something.

I work as a bus driver. I may be in the seat driving for periods in excess of 5 hours at a time. I have tried not to wear a diaper while working, but I always end up embarrassing myself most days. To wear a diaper is not embarrassing for me. It has become a necessity. A wet diaper is more comfortable than wet pants and underwear. It is the same when sleeping. A wet diaper overcomes the embarrassment of a wet and often cold bed. A diaper can be disposed of whereas a wet bed requires the bedding to be washed. It's as simple as ABC; wear a diaper if you have a wetting problem and avoid any embarrassment. By wearing clothing to hide the fact that you have a diaper on, normally will hide the fact that you are a diaper wearer and few if any will notice. I have worn diapers to work for 12 years now, and not one person has ever asked me if I wear.
