Men who bedwet

Don't tell anyone, I am embarrased. Sound familiar? Yep, but most men wet the bed at some time in their life, from a small child through to adolecense and into teens and adult hood. Stress is the biggest cause, especially when as teens you are facing exams. But sometimes this can continue into adult life. Many try to hide it but few succeed. It is not shamefull. It is a natural part of the body and mind. Some men sleep soundly especially after a few beers down the pub and do not wake up when nature takes its course. We can overcome this embarrasment, we just have to take responsibility of our shortcommings.

Have you experimented with different types of diapers? Do you like "Pull ups"  or "Tab" style. I like an absorbent Pull Up for wearing under my work clothes, as I am a truck driver and on the road all day. I always wear vinyl waterproof pants over the top of the diaper just in case. At night I prefer the "Tab" style; think and thirsty. I search the internet for the most absorbent I can find, regardless of design. Does it really matter if they have children's motifs or are plain black or white? You are in bed, and unless there is a fire, who would know what you wear to bed. On rare occasions, I will use a stuffer with the tab style, but only rarely; usually if I have been down the pub and am already semi conscious when dressing for bed. I wear the Molicare Mobile Premium during the day whilst at work, or the Depend Tab Brief whilst at home watching TV or doing the housework. At night, I wear the Betterdry Tab Briefs. They are super absorbent and comfortable; combined with a pair of "Tuffy" waterproof pants from Babykins, I know I will wake up with a dry bed.

A big mistake

We all wear diapers and usually try and stick to the tried and true. I always wear the Tena Men's Briefs for daytime use at work because of their less bulky fit, but at night and when at home, I wear Wellness Briefs. I recently had to buy a new carton of Wellness diapers so went on line and purchased. I made the age old mistake of not looking at what I was buying and when the diapers arrived, I had bought size large and not size medium. I thought 'no worries I'll make them fit' but when you have a slim waist, that's not always possible. Now I feel like a real baby with diapers hanging down between my legs and when filled they almost hang to my knees. I am a DL not an AB so feeling like a baby is not my thing. Even when I put plastic pants over them, they still hang and because they hang; they will leak. Your diapers have to fit comfortably and hanging diapers are not comfortable unless you want to feel like a real baby. I have had to wear them for a few weeks now as I refuse to buy more diapers in the size medium until these diapers are gone, so by that time, maybe I will feel like a real baby and buy the bigger size; but I doubt it. The moral to this story is; look before you buy.

Hi all, I discovered a new book from Babyphil called 'My Life in Diapers' and it is good reading; sort of a good bed side book before sleeping. A love story yet a book about the problems of being a 24/7 diaper wearer from almost birth. Babyphil seems to understand a diapered life style and how its consequences can ruin life with others if you can't find support from family and friends or even partners. I have linked Babyphil's books onto this page so you can check them all out and they are available in book form or electronic media such as Kindle.

Hi fellow bedwetters. It has been a while since i have added to my blog; mainly because I am working weired and wonderful shifts at work and find it hard to get onto the computer these days. So, what has happened to me these past few months?

Wetting a diaper while you sleep is nothing new for bedwetters; it is part of who we are and an unconscious act on our part. What I really hate is when the diaper leaks and the bedding becomes saturated. To overcome this, I wear plastic or vinyl over pants. On 99% of cases, I awake with a wet diaper and a dry bed, but 1% of the time I must wet on my side and this causes the urine to seep out through the elastic legs or out the back of the over pant. Yep it happened last night again. So as you can imagine the bedding is all in the washer at the moment. My male partner; I'm gay if you didn't know; does not like my being diapered but puts up with me as we are in love. I feel sorry for him when I wet the bedding as it is he who wakes up uncomfortable and then wakes me up from my deep sleep.

I have always tried to overcome this situation but even the best quality over pants will not stop the odd problems of leakage. It all depends on where you are lying at the time it all happens. Somehow I always seam to urinate in my sleep when on my side. Mostly it is contained but as I have said, there are the odd moments of embarrassment. Anyone else have these problems? How have you overcome them? I would love to hear from you through this blog.

It is distributed through Amazon and is available in book form as well as through Kindle. It is a must for all Adult babues, Diaper Dads and Diaper Lovers.

I have read this book myself and the stories are not beyond belief as many usually are. For dads they would make a great before bed reading to their AB sons and daughters, although it is aimed mainly at the gay AB. It is well priced, but of course the postage always costs. The Kindle version is much cheaper and an instant download. There are graphics on diapering methods, folding and forms of cloth diapering. I hope you all suport this author as he has produced a wonderfull reference and story book for the AB/DL community.

Feeling ashamed

Do you feel ashamed of being a bedwetter? Most bedwetters do as they feel they are in some way deficient in life; maybe insecure or just week. But we shouldn't feel that way. Most bedwetters not only wet the bed, but can wet their pants during the day as well. It is not something they enjoy, rather it is a weakness in their bladder and signals from the nerves in the bladder not reaching the brain with sufficient information for the brain to react and instruct us to do something.

I work as a bus driver. I may be in the seat driving for periods in excess of 5 hours at a time. I have tried not to wear a diaper while working, but I always end up embarrassing myself most days. To wear a diaper is not embarrassing for me. It has become a necessity. A wet diaper is more comfortable than wet pants and underwear. It is the same when sleeping. A wet diaper overcomes the embarrassment of a wet and often cold bed. A diaper can be disposed of whereas a wet bed requires the bedding to be washed. It's as simple as ABC; wear a diaper if you have a wetting problem and avoid any embarrassment. By wearing clothing to hide the fact that you have a diaper on, normally will hide the fact that you are a diaper wearer and few if any will notice. I have worn diapers to work for 12 years now, and not one person has ever asked me if I wear.
